What you need to know

Registrations:

  • All registrations online at www.claychurch.com
  • Paid registration by Feb 25, 2010 required to guarantee a spot. 
  • Registration & payment deadline is February 25, 2010.  All payments after February 3rd are non-refundable. 
  • A 2009/2010 Firehouse Participation Permission & Emergency Medical Form must be on file at Clay Church.iclick here to download and print the form.
  • SpringHill retreat health form required. Click here to download and print the form. 
  • Form due at time of payment. 

 Payment/Costs:

  • Cost for SpringHill is $150.  This includes all lodging & meals at the camp & travel costs to/from camp. 
  • Students should bring money for any travel meals/snacks/drinks and any SpringHill Camp Store purchases.
  • Most activities at the camp are covered in the camp cost.  Additional activities are available,   click here to check them out.

 Travel Schedule:

  • We will leave from Firehouse on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. 
  • Returning to Firehouse on Sunday, March 7, 2010, approximately 7 p.m.

What you need to bring:

  • Snow gear—hats, gloves, boots, snowpants
  • Seasonally appropriate clothing (we recommend a lot of layers)
  • Gym shoes—most activities require closed-toe shoes/gym shoes
  • Underwear/socks/thermal layers
  • Shower stuff and towel
  • Swimsuit and towel
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Flashlight
  • Your Bible and a journal
  • Money for souvenirs, extra activities, crafts and band merchandise
  • Climbing harness and shoes—optional, if you want to use your own
  • Paintball marker and mask—optional, if you want to use your own
  • Snowboard, helmet, snowshoes—if you bring your own, you are responsible for it
  • (SpringHill rents boards for $5)
  • 1 non-perishable food item (pack so it is accessible upon arrival)

Things to leave at home:

  • Cell phones, iPods, MP3 players & video games
  • Pets
  • Homework
  • Anything standing between you and what God has planned for you this weekend
